Who provides the service

IngoHub’s free public website is operated personally by Hryhorii Kabaliuk, based in Spain. The public contact address is contact@ingohub.com. You may also use the Contact page.

IngoHub Plus, paid accounts, subscriptions, and billing are not part of this free service. If a separate Plus offering is introduced later, it will have its own operator, terms, and commercial conditions.

The service

IngoHub provides free, general-purpose browser utilities such as calculators, converters, generators, and website checkers. You may use the public tools without creating an account.

Ordinary public tools do not require you to confirm your age. Laws that protect children and other applicable rules concerning minors still apply. Do not use the service in a way that exploits or harms a minor.

Informational use only

The tools are informational, general-purpose utilities. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, tax, engineering, or other regulated advice. Results are not guaranteed to be complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You remain responsible for checking important calculations and for any decision you make based on an output. If you need professional advice, consult a qualified person.

No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IngoHub provides the website and tools “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hryhorii Kabaliuk and IngoHub are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory rights that consumers have under applicable law.

Availability and changes

IngoHub does not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted access, or that a particular tool will remain available. Tools may be added, modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

These terms may change as the catalog and the service change. The current version is the one published on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful purposes;
• attack, probe, scan, overload, disrupt, or circumvent other people’s systems or this service;
• interfere with security, abuse controls, or access protections;
• misrepresent your identity in the Contact form or submit abusive content;
• attempt to generate artificial advertising impressions or clicks if advertising is later displayed.

Remote URL-checking tools

Some tools ask IngoHub’s servers to retrieve a public URL that you submit. The request path is browser → IngoHub → requested external resource. Your browser sends the URL to IngoHub. IngoHub then requests the resource. The request to the target site originates from IngoHub, not from your browser. IngoHub does not forward your IP address to the target site as part of that fetch.

Use these tools only where you are legally entitled to request the check (for example, a site you operate or a public URL you are allowed to inspect). Do not use them to attack, probe, or overload other people’s systems.

External websites and services

Linked websites, checked URLs, and third-party services are independently operated. Their terms, content, and availability are outside IngoHub’s control.

Intellectual property

IngoHub and its original website design, software, and documentation are owned by the operator or licensed to IngoHub. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the public tools for their intended purpose. You may not copy the platform, scrape it to build a competing catalog, or use IngoHub branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

You retain your rights in inputs you submit (for example, a URL, Contact message, or text you type into a tool). Submitting an input does not transfer ownership of that input to IngoHub. You grant only the limited permission needed to operate the requested function (for example, to fetch a URL you asked us to check, or to receive and store a Contact message).

Advertising

The current free service may display advertising in the future, including Google AdSense. Advertising is not active on the date of these terms. If advertising is introduced, it will be subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and to applicable consent requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence where those protections cannot be waived.
