Privacy Policy

Controller

The data controller for IngoHub is Hryhorii Kabaliuk, based in Spain.

Contact for privacy and data-protection requests: contact@ingohub.com or the Contact page with the Privacy/Data Protection category. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity before acting on a request.

What this policy covers

This policy describes processing for anonymous visitors of the free public website. It does not describe IngoHub Plus, customer accounts, subscriptions, or billing. Those services are not offered on this site today and, if introduced, will be operated separately.

Categories of data

Depending on how you use the site, we may process:

• HTTP access data generated by visiting any page: IP address, User-Agent, requested path, and timestamp (typically in the web server’s access logs);
• optional Contact form data: name, email address, category, message, and the fact that you acknowledged this policy;
• a URL you submit to a remote checker, so IngoHub can fetch that public resource;
• security signals needed to operate Cloudflare Turnstile on the Contact form when that protection is used (see Cookies and security below);
• inputs you type into local tools, which stay in your browser and are not sent to IngoHub unless a tool is one of the remote checkers or the Contact form.

We do not currently operate a public user-generated content area. Contact messages are private. Tool inputs and results are not automatically published.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process personal data to:

• provide the website and tools you request (performance of a requested service / legitimate interests in operating a free public utility);
• receive and respond to Contact messages, including privacy requests (your request / legitimate interests / legal obligation where a data-subject request is involved);
• keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits (legitimate interests);
• comply with applicable law.

Where ePrivacy rules require consent before storing or accessing non-essential advertising or similar information on your device, that access waits for a valid choice through Google’s certified consent message when that message is serving. See Cookies, storage, analytics, and advertising below.

Local tools

Everyday calculators, converters, generators, and local file tools process your inputs in your browser. Those tools do not send the numbers, text, or files you provide to IngoHub.

HTTP access logs

Standard HTTP access data (IP address, User-Agent, path, timestamp) may be recorded for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and legal compliance. We do not keep passwords, request bodies, or similar secrets in those logs.

We retain log data only as long as needed for those purposes, then delete or overwrite it.

Contact form

If you send a message through Contact, we store your name, email, category, message, and acknowledgement so we can read and reply. We keep submissions for 12 months and then delete them. We may notify the operator that a message arrived so we can reply. contact@ingohub.com is the public contact address.

We do not sell Contact-form data. We do not use Contact-form data for marketing and we do not add you to a mailing list. There is no newsletter checkbox. A successful submission does not send an automatic receipt email to you.

If the Contact form is unavailable, you can email contact@ingohub.com instead.

Remote checkers

The following tools send the public URL you submit to IngoHub. IngoHub’s servers then request that URL (browser → IngoHub → requested external resource). Your IP address is not forwarded to the target site as part of that fetch. The target site sees a request from IngoHub, including an IngoHub user agent.

Do not submit URLs you are not allowed to check. See also the Terms.

Recipients and international transfers

Personal data may be processed by:

• the operator and infrastructure used to host IngoHub;
• Cloudflare, if Turnstile is enabled on the Contact form (security check);
• Google, for AdSense site verification and, after Google’s review, advertising and related consent messaging;
• an email or notification provider, if used, solely to tell the operator that a Contact message arrived.

Fonts used on the site are self-hosted. The public layout does not load Google Fonts from Google servers.

If a recipient is outside the EEA/UK, we rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism required by applicable law (for example, an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses used by that provider). Cloudflare Turnstile involves processing by Cloudflare. Google AdSense and Google’s consent message involve processing by Google.

Cookies, storage, analytics, and advertising

Details are in the Cookie Policy. Today we do not set first-party cookies merely because you browse public pages. We do not store a list of recently used tools. We do not run Google Analytics.

IngoHub is preparing the public site for Google AdSense review. Eligible public pages include Google’s AdSense script so Google can verify the site. That does not mean ads are already being shown. Ads may appear only after Google reviews and approves the site.

When ads are shown, they are provided by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies or similar device identifiers for advertising. Personalized advertising runs only where a valid choice through Google’s certified CMP (AdSense Privacy & messaging / European regulations consent message) permits it. If you decline, or where that consent is not obtained, Google’s non-personalized or limited ads behaviour applies as Google makes available.

You can change or withdraw those privacy choices. When Google’s CMP is actually serving on the page, the footer Privacy choices control opens Google’s own privacy/revocation message. Until that Google control exists, the footer control stays hidden. IngoHub does not operate a separate home-grown consent manager.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

• Contact submissions: 12 months, then automatic deletion;
• Security checks used on the Contact form: only as long as reasonably needed to complete the check and prevent abuse, not for the 12-month Contact message retention period;
• HTTP access logs: as long as needed for security and diagnostics;
• remote-checker URLs: processed to fulfill the request and not kept as a user history feature.

Your rights

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to data portability, subject to legal limits. You may lodge a complaint with Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) (aepd.es) or with another competent supervisory authority in your country of residence, work, or the place of an alleged infringement.
